STOP FEEDING YOURSELF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS.

If you feel overwhelmed by negativity you need to take control of how you are informed. You can choose to be at the mercy of the 24-hour news cycle, or you can choose when and how you interact with the world, with the culture of fear. Media outlets that are all fearful news all the time can be tuned out. In Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway Susan wrote, "It’s my choice to put the music on, dance around the apartment instead of putting on the negativity of the news or listening to my negative Chatterbox." Remember that you have that choice too.
